CMJC provides a Christian-based life and employment skills training to men in need and to men who desire a positive change in life. CMJC is a poverty-to-work ministry that combines practical training, relationship building, emotional healing, and spiritual growth to meet a man's physical needs as well as his eternal needs.

This faith-based ministry for men uses the resources of a community network to provide a wide range of opportunities to meet each man's needs. Self-suffiency is the goal for all CMJC participants. Through CMJC the men will become believers in themselves and through Bible study believers in Jesus Christ.
